Assoc. Professor, Technical Theatre and Design

Course Information:
This course will present a practical introduction to the current practices and techniques of Stage Management.  Course provides a "quick start guide", develops organizational skills, and covers rehearsal and production management techniques.  Students, and local community members continuing their education, who wish a more immersive experience will have the option to take on production assignment to observe, or serve on, the stage management team during the course of the semester (this is optional, and not a course requirement).

Whether you are starting out, or just looking for a refresher, this course provides comprehensive, yet not overwhelming, classes in the day-to-day business of the working stage manager.
